Retatrutide side effects: more discontinuations than Ozempic at top dose
EMJ notes 7.9% of people on 12mg retatrutide stopped because of side effects, against 2.7% on Ozempic, and that Lilly plans to seek US approval in 2027. Novo stressed Ozempic's heart, kidney and liver benefits beyond weight loss.
