Terms of use

1. About these terms

These terms are between you and Rivoro Studio Ltd, company number 17226090, registered in England and Wales, at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 7DE ("The Dose Club", "we", "us"). They cover the website at thedoseclub.com, including the community, and the Dose Club app for iPhone and Android.

By using the website or the app you agree to these terms, to the community rules and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

The app records doses, weight, symptoms and related notes that you enter, and shows them back to you with reminders, a calendar and, in Dose Club Plus, estimates and summaries. The website publishes pharmacy price information, news and the Dose Club Price Index, and hosts a community where members discuss treatment and prices.

The Dose Club does not sell, source, supply or prescribe medicines, and it is not a pharmacy or a healthcare provider. The service is for record keeping and information only.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to create an account or to post in the community, and you confirm this when you sign up. The service is designed for people in the United Kingdom; prices, leaflets and regulatory information refer to the UK unless stated otherwise. You may use the tracker without an account.

4. Accounts

An account is needed to post in the community, to sync across devices and to use Dose Club Plus on more than one device. You sign in with Apple, Google or an email link. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

One person, one account. You are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the website; see the privacy policy for what happens to your data and posts.

5. Acceptable use

The community rules form part of these terms and say in detail what is and is not allowed. In summary, you must not:

• offer to sell, buy, source or share any medicine, or point others to anyone who does, including sellers of research peptides;
• post promotional links or codes of any kind, or anything you are paid to post;
• give or request dosing instructions, or present your own experience as advice for someone else;
• post content that promotes eating disorders or self-harm;
• post other people's personal details, or your own contact details for others to use off the platform;
• harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
• post anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
• scrape the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to get round moderation, rate limits or security measures;
• submit false price reports or ratings.

6. Your content and moderation

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, reproduce and distribute your content on the website and in the app, so that other members can see it, and to anonymise it when you delete your account. The licence ends for a post when you delete that post, except for copies kept in backups for a short period or where the law requires us to keep them.

We moderate the community. Automated filters run before anything is published, every post and profile can be reported and blocked, links from accounts under 7 days old are held for review, and a moderation team works through reports. We may remove or hide content, hold it for review, or restrict an account, where we reasonably believe these terms or the community rules have been broken, or where the law requires it. We will tell you when we take action against your content unless the law prevents it.

If you report content, we will look at it and tell you the outcome. You can appeal a moderation decision by emailing community@thedoseclub.com.

7. Prices are information only

The price tables show what providers listed on their own websites at the time we last checked. Prices are checked regularly but can change at any time, and a figure we hold may be out of date before you see it. A price checked more than 24 hours ago is shown as "checking" rather than as a figure.

Always confirm the current price and availability on the provider's own website before relying on it. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the provider, and we take no part in it. We receive no payment from listed providers, and providers cannot pay to be listed, ranked or linked.

8. No medical advice

Nothing on the website or in the app is medical advice, and none of it is a substitute for advice from your prescriber, pharmacist or doctor. The level chart is an estimate from published population data, not a measurement of your body. Dose Insights describe what you have logged and never recommend anything. Community posts are the views of their authors.

Talk to your prescriber about your treatment, including any question about a missed dose, a side effect or your dose. If you need urgent help, contact NHS 111 or, in an emergency, 999.

9. Dose Club Plus

Dose Club Plus is an optional subscription sold inside the app through the App Store or Google Play. The price, period and what is included are shown in the app before you buy, and on the Plus page. Payment is taken by Apple or Google under their terms.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies, and we cannot issue them ourselves.

Use Restore Purchases in the app to recover Plus on a reinstalled or new device. A subscription bought in the app is recognised on the website when you sign in with the same account. Plus works without granting Health or notification permissions.

Features listed as planned for a later release are intentions, not promises, and may change or arrive later than planned.

10. Intellectual property

The Dose Club name, logo, software, design, articles and the Dose Club Price Index are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, and quote short extracts of our articles or Price Index data with a credit and a link. You may not copy, resell or republish the price tables or the service as a whole without our written permission. Wegovy, Mounjaro and other medicine names are trademarks of their manufacturers, who have no connection with The Dose Club.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we provide the service with reasonable care and skill, and we are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable when you agreed to these terms, for loss caused by your reliance on a price or an estimate contrary to the warnings in these terms, for the acts of providers or other members, or for business losses. The free parts of the service are provided as they are. Where we are liable to you in connection with Dose Club Plus, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Plus in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless the law provides otherwise.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or the community rules, if we are required to by law, or if we withdraw the service, and we will give you reasonable notice unless the breach is serious or the law prevents it. If we withdraw the service while you have a paid Plus period remaining, Apple or Google will handle any refund due under their policies. Sections that by their nature should survive, including those on content, liability and governing law, continue after termination.

13. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change the service, add or remove features, and update these terms. We will post the new terms on this page with a new date, and for a change that affects your rights or Dose Club Plus we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel any subscription in the store.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and nothing here takes away protections you have under the consumer law where you live.
