Community rules
The community is for adults on or around GLP-1 treatment to compare notes on the practical side: pharmacies, prices, stock, routines and appointments.
1. Adults only
You must be 18 or over to post. Everyone confirms this when they create an account, and the community is rated 18 or over in both app stores. Anyone can read without an account.
2. What the community is for
Comparing pharmacies, prices and stock. Sharing how you organise doses, reminders, storage, sharps disposal and appointments. Asking what others have found practical. Every verified price change and stock report opens a thread automatically in the Prices and stock room, so the discussion sits next to the figures.
Nothing here is medical advice. The Dose Club does not sell or prescribe medicines and takes no payment from the pharmacies it lists.
3. No sourcing, selling or vendor talk
The Dose Club lists GPhC registered pharmacies only. Asking where to buy outside them, offering stock, naming sellers, or discussing research peptides, grey market products or reconstitution is not allowed. Posts that offer or seek supply are removed and the account is reviewed.
4. No referral codes or codes for money off
The Dose Club shows standard prices and takes no commission, so the community works the same way. Referral codes, invite codes, codes for money off and links that carry a referral parameter are blocked before they are published.
5. No contact details
Phone numbers, email addresses and handles for messaging apps are not allowed in posts or profiles. Keep conversations in the thread where everyone can see them and the moderation team can help.
6. No dose advice to other members
Each person's prescriber decides their dose and their schedule. You can describe your own experience. You cannot tell another member to change, skip, split or double a dose, or what dose they should be on. Posts that do are blocked.
7. Eating disorder content
Content that promotes disordered eating is removed and the account is reviewed. Posts that describe restricting food or purging are held so a moderator can read them and reply with support.

Disagree with what someone says and keep it civil. Harassment, insults, discrimination and sharing another member's personal information lead to removal. Weight, appearance and progress are personal: do not comment on another member's body.
9. How moderation works
- Automated filters check every thread and comment before it is published. A post that breaks a rule is blocked with the reason shown to its author. A post that needs a human decision is held and shown only to its author until a moderator has read it.
- Links from accounts under 7 days old are held for review before they appear.
- A moderation team reads every report and every held post within 24 hours.
- Repeat behaviour leads to removal of posts and then of the account. Posts from a removed or deleted account stay in place with the name removed, so threads keep their context.
- Authors can edit a post for 15 minutes after publishing and delete it at any time. A deleted post shows as removed by its author.
10. How to report and block
Every thread, comment and profile has a Report button. Choose a reason, add a note if it helps, and the report goes to the moderation team. Every post and profile also has a Block button: blocking hides that member's threads and comments from you, and you can undo it from their profile. The member you block is not told.
