NICE delays Foundayo (orforglipron) NHS decision to January 2027
NICE's appraisal of orforglipron for overweight and obesity (GID-TA11650) now lists a second committee meeting on 10 November 2026 and an expected publication date of 27 January 2027. The pill is already on private UK prescription after the MHRA authorised it in August, but NHS England access still waits on this guidance.
