ASA upholds complaints against five online weight-loss pharmacies
The ASA has ruled against MedExpress, Juniper, Simple Online Pharmacy, Pharmacy Online and Care Pharma Bradford for ads that promoted prescription-only weight-loss medicines to the public. Even phrases like "reduces food noise" or "no more needles" counted as promoting a POM.
