Heineken warns UK pubs that weight-loss jabs could cut beer and cider sales
A Heineken presentation sent to British pubs and bars says GLP-1 users such as people on Wegovy may drink less, meaning fewer pints per visit. The brewer suggests venues push half pints, low- and no-alcohol drinks and small plates, while Diageo and Carlsberg have played down the impact.
