Foundayo edged oral semaglutide on weight and blood sugar in an indirect comparison
An analysis presented at EASD compared separate trials of orforglipron (Foundayo) 17.2mg and oral semaglutide 25mg in adults with type 2 diabetes over 52 weeks. Foundayo was linked to 1.46 percentage points more weight loss and a slightly bigger HbA1c drop, though analysts say head-to-head trials are still needed.
