HuffPost asked US doctors and patients about President Trump's habit of calling GLP-1 medicines "fat shots" and "fat drugs". Many said the language adds stigma to a treatment that helps with diabetes, heart risk and sleep apnoea, and that wider insurance coverage matters more. Gallup data cited puts US adult use at 11%.
