GP Dr Saira Bano: why she plans to switch patients stuck on a Mounjaro plateau to retatrutide
Writing in the Daily Mail, NHS and private obesity GP Dr Saira Bano says retatrutide could help patients whose weight loss has stalled on top-dose Mounjaro, citing trial losses of about 28% over 80 weeks. She also flags heavy nausea and vomiting at the highest dose, warns against black-market 'Reta' (it is not approved anywhere), and expects it to arrive towards the end of next year.
