The Daily Mail follows UK patients who moved from Mounjaro or Wegovy jabs to the cheaper Wegovy pill after price rises, and some who then put weight back on. It notes trial averages of about 20% loss on Mounjaro, about 15% on Wegovy injections and about 14% on the top-dose pill, and that the pill's strict empty-stomach routine can blunt absorption if not followed.
