Novo's 25% CagriSema figure for women comes with big caveats
This analysis notes that Novo's new 25% weight-loss figure for women on CagriSema is a post-hoc subgroup that assumes nobody stopped treatment, against 22.7% for the full trial. It still sits just below the 25.5% Zepbound (Mounjaro) reached in the head-to-head trial CagriSema lost, with a US FDA decision expected this quarter.
