Lilly: retatrutide cut knee osteoarthritis pain in TRIUMPH Phase 3 data
Ahead of ACR Convergence 2026, Lilly said TRIUMPH-4 and TRIUMPH-1 showed once-weekly retatrutide cut WOMAC knee pain by up to about 76% and 73% from baseline in adults with knee osteoarthritis and obesity, with some patients reporting no knee pain at the end of the trials. Retatrutide remains investigational and is not authorised for sale.
