Mounjaro and Zepbound made $27.7bn in six months as Lilly heads into Q3 results on 29 October
A Zacks preview notes Lilly's tirzepatide jabs brought in $27.7 billion in the first half of 2026, up about 88% and around 65% of the company's revenue, while the Foundayo pill made $98 million in the second quarter. Investors will watch Foundayo's uptake and international rollout when Lilly reports on 29 October.
