GPhC takes action against Voy and Bolt over weight-loss pharmacy standards
The GPhC found Voy unmet three standards and Bolt unmet two after inspections in summer 2026, citing unlawful POM advertising, weak independent BMI verification and incentives that may push inappropriate starts. Voy must improve verification and ad compliance by 9 October; Bolt plans GP Connect checks and a full marketing audit.
