Healthcount's UK-label comparison: Wegovy pill needs an empty stomach, a sip of water and a 30-minute wait; Foundayo can be taken any time with or without food. Separate trials put top-dose average losses at 13.6% (Wegovy pill, 64 weeks) and 11.2% (Foundayo, 72 weeks). Both remain private-only; Foundayo NICE guidance is due 27 January 2027.
