Amylin tipped as the next big obesity target as CagriSema nears an FDA decision

Novo's CagriSema (semaglutide plus cagrilintide) awaits a US decision this quarter, Lilly's eloralintide-plus-tirzepatide combo hit 23.3% average loss at 48 weeks in a Phase 2b trial but with higher dropout, and Zealand and Roche's petrelintide reached up to 9.2% at 28 weeks.
